JESSICA SHY
Jessica is an artist maker living and working in Orange County, California and has been making and teaching art here for over a decade. She has been with Avantgarden from 2012-2015 and has two kids who she brings often with her to the art walks.
She has co-created a clothing label, has taught private and group art classes, hosted and guided social paint parties, vended at craft fairs and farmers markets, and participated in installing public art.
Jessica says, “My work involves a lot of recycled items so naturally I have a huge passion for recycling. I love to reuse and make something new. Which is why I believe my purpose is to repurpose. I believe I was born to create.”
In addition to all this, Jessica also creates digital and vector art, digital products & collages and custom web design.
